My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I will support and encourage you to achieve
your goals by building on your strengths and resilience.
Although I have a special interest in resilience, stress, mindfulness and sleep, I have a wide range
of experience covering areas such as anxiety, depression, adjusting to big life changes and finding
a new direction in life.
I also offer personal coaching sessions for those wanting to maximise their wellbeing and to thrive in life.
